Returns

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be satisfied with everything you buy from CXS Tools. However, if a consumer is not happy or satisfied with the items bought, we promise to refund consumers once items have been returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

If goods arrive damaged, do not accept with signature, but return the goods.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


To Return item please:

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  • Return the package by using the Post Office or other service and obtain proof of postage and tracking.
  • Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which may take a several  days.

Consumer Rights of Return only apply to consumers.

For Business, please make sure you select and buy the correct products you require. If uncertain, leave an email or give us a call. Returns and refunds do not apply to business contracts.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return the item to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
